Abstract
Description
This chapter will help you: Explore the role of home visits by professionals and volunteers in supporting parents play with their children; understand how non-formal community-based play provision can challenge stereotypes and break down barriers between families of different backgrounds; learn about theory and practice about intergenerational learning involving young children and older adults playing and building relationships.
