Abstract
This research aims to give a voice to the TreoraĆ (Co-operating Teacher) (CT) in determining structured supports for the professional role supporting student teachers during the practicum element of the Professional Master of Education (PME). The study seeks to consider the views of the TreoraĆ in terms of the role, necessary and required professional learning and to seek feedback on a professional learning model created in response to initial data collected. In conducting this research, the researchers have developed a suite of professional learning support materials in response to data collected and in collaboration with the research participants.
